There is a jetty in my model domain that is known to not be sand tight. So I want to allow [u]sediment and water[/u] through it based on its estimated porosity.
A couple ideas I am tossing around are to:

[li]Add a whole bunch of piers[/li]
[li]Specify it as a weir with a bunch of culverts[/li]
[/list]
Does anyone know of the best way to do this?
