  • BLOW-UP - Total depth too small

Hello, I am trying to create a MIKE 3 Flow Model to calculate current speeds in a river. Before I have done that with MIKE 21 but I want to compare the results with a 3D model to figure out the differences below surface level. After importing the mesh into the Flow Model, configuring a few parameters and defining one point output I get the following error: Fatal error: BLOW-UP - Total depth too small time : 0 element number : 117 domain : 12 x-coordinate (center) : 506146.528 y-coordinate (center) : 5971145.23 total water depth (h) : 0 surface elevation (s) : 0 still water depth (d) : 0 I realize that "total water depth" with the value of zero does not look correct. I set the output point in the middle of the river and expect about 8m of water depth. The bathymetry data I am using worked fine for MIKE 21. For any advice or hint I will be very thankful! Best regards, Finn Christiansen
