Hi all,

Is there anyway to give variable vertical spacing in the input dfs file?

I have data of temperature and salinity for specific depths(say 10,40,80,150,200 etc..). My data is in netcdf and I am converting to dfs using DHI Toolbox. It allows me to give only uniform 'z' spacing, but my spacing is random.Actually how MIKE reads the input boundary? I need some clarification on this aspects. I dn't have much experience with MIKE 3D. If I am missing anything, please help me!
