Unable to uninstall DHI Urban 2014 64-bit

Windows 7 (Enterprise edition 64-bit)-Control Panel-Programs and Features-Highlightling application revealed no "uninstall" option
Regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{E902D218-C950-46EC-AF4F-6871BEDE22A3}
Set NoRemove(D-Word value) to 0

Uninstall now available!

Tried rerunning setup from original source files
