Hi,
One question about assigning pumping rate to wells. If I assign a pumping rate of 100 m3/d to slice 2, which layer does it mean that the water is extracted from, layer 1 or layer 2?
Thanks,
Qinghuai

The water will be extracted from both layers, depending on their actual conductivity

hi!
what you are actually determine is the depth of the well screens.
i.e. the z coordinate of slice 2 is the position (depth) where the screens are.

Hi!

I have a question in relation with, ¿how can i change the pumping rate? I would like to see the variation of the hidraulic head or the groundwater table with diferent pumpings rates

Thanks,

Ander
