Initial Potential Head

Hello,

I'm calibrating a Mike She steady state model, but when I put a Initial Potential Head shape and pre process the model, an error occurs and the software close.
If I put the Initial Potential Head as uniform, this error don't occur.

Any ideas what may be my problem?
