You could make the parameter link without topology processing in the Parameter Link. Instead, you could select the edges of the MLW based on the imput map. Of course, you need to assure that your mesh contains mesh node which correpsonds to the location of the point file. I tested it few minutes ago and it works fine.

After assigning a value for the density ratio you should see Cs in Problem Settings - Problem Class - Transport Settings. The Cs should represent the maximum expected concentration within the system.

You cannot manually correct the entry. The only way is to change the settings as suggested above.

Please assure you use either a dac-file or a fem-file with available computational results within the GUI. Please also assure, that you entered the confidence interval for the observation points. Otherwise you will not see the error bars.

The diagonal in the matrix must not be <= 0. There are several possible reasons for negative entries along the principal diagonal of the matrix.
1. Strong contrasts in material properties of adjacent elements. Try to refine the mesh horizontally/vertically.
2. Topological errors of the mesh as triggered inconsistent input data (e.g. overlapping elements/element edges, wrong numeration of the nodes).

Please assure you have an Edge selection active without any other BC imposed on the node connected with the edge.

The difference between a Multilayer Well (MLW) and a WellBC is the fact that a MLW is composed of a 1D Discrete Feature (DF) + a WellBC. A DF is an element of lower dimension and highly permeable. A WellBC can be considered as a nodal source/sink term.
If you want to assign a time-series for a MLW please do the following steps. Double click on Multilayer Well in the Data Panel. After that, go to the Editor Toolbar and double-click on Multilayer Well. In the Editor Toolbar click on the symbol within the Capacity input field to switch from constant values to the time-series mode. After you switched to the time-series mode you can use the drop down menu to select a time-series of interest. The time-series shown in the drop-down menu represent exactly the time-series strored within the time-series Editor.
