Mike urban water distribution - Customers affected by the closure of two valves

Even the best-maintained water distribution network (WDN) might suffer pipe bursts occasionally, and the utility company must reconstruct the damaged sections of the system. The affected area must be segregated by closing the corresponding isolation valves; as a result, the required amount of drinking water might not be available.

I want to know if I close two valves to isolate an area, Mike Urban Water Distribution can indicate the customers affected by the water closure for that area.

I tried to close two valves to isolate an area, respectively to observe the customers affected by the water closure for that area.

After closing these valves, there is still water on the pipes between these two valves.
The idea is that I want to know what I need to do to find out which customers are affected by the water closure for the area between the two closed valves or if this program can achieve this.
