If I try to import a 2dm - file, I get the error:
Execution of "bash" failed (No Error)
I proved already the path of the bash.exe and it is correct.
Any help :-\ ?? Thanks.

Dear Peter,
is it possible to publicate the results of your testing in the forum, because it is extremely intersting how to simulate water level dependent evaporation in FeFlow.
Best Regards

???
Do you want to assign different pumping rates in one single well,
or do you want to assign time dependent pumping rates ??
???

Dear Peter,
we have to define in FeFlow the dimensionsless storativity S [-] which is defined as the depth integrated specific storativity SS, which has usually the unit [1/m].
What was the asumption not to define the specific storativity SS to the groundwater model ?
My question is therefore:
What must we assign to the Storativity:
The specific storativity multiplicated with the total depth of the groundwater body S = SS * M or
the specific storativity multiplicated SS with the depth of each layer representing the aquifer, because we assign the storativity for each model layer ?

Dear Peter
is it possible that multi - layerd wells do not work as 1D - connected elements for abstract water from the model, but work also as 1D - elements in all ways. That means, is it possible, that water could flow vertical through an aquitard layer along the multi - layerd well - boundary condition from a higher aquifer to a lower aquifer ?
My results seem to show a vertical flow along the multi layered well boundary condition through aquitard layers.
do you have any ideas ??
best regards christian.

Dear Peter,
what's in your opinion the better method to use:
continous or discontinous darcy flux ??
Best regards, henilein.

Dear Peter,
unfortunately, we use FeFlow 5.012. Is there a workaround.
Till now I think best method is to define circled areas around the well and get the horizontal flux with the fluid flux analyzer into this area for each layer.
Do you know another, maybe better method?
best regards, henilein.

Dear PMock,
when you are vieweing your results in the dac - File, you can reassembly your initial FEM - File with the function:
Recreate > Rehash F.E . problem.
Then Feflow creates a fem - file with the initial slice definition but with the resulting heads. You can use this created fem - File as a better fitting new initial fem - File.

Dear members,
I have to balance the withdrawal of a multilayered well in order to specify the exact withdrawals from every considered layer.
???
Whats is the best method to get an exact balance of the layer - specific withdrawals for a multilayerd well ?
Best regards, henilein

Dear members
what happen with the layers, which are below the confined layer defined by a top fixed slice?
Are they also confined, even if they are defined as unspecified?
Best regards henilein.
