if you have reference groups, 6.1 will export, but it does not yet export other types of budgets (do in classic)

It is possible that your supermesh is too complex. Replacing line and point addins with super elements and controlling refinement works better with large complex models

The budget analyzer only computes flows to/from boundary condition nodes. If you want fluxes through areas, you have to use the flux analyzer.

Holes in 2d models can be set up in the super mesh...holes would have no super elements.
-
I suggest starting with a simpler model. There are several available by search on the web.

Or perhaps too coarse a grid. Mass error is maybe overwhelming the result.
-
actually 5.4 does allow it
-
set up point (node) reference distribution, then export via time history graph of results

I think you'll need to use the "flux analyzer" in the classic interface or export the nodal fluxes and use math and GIS to get the rates along a flowpath. Truncation of lines is possible via export of pathlines and editing in GIS.

you can build a 3D model that is two elements wide, then you can use the in/outflow option. Works quite well and is the only way to do a section for some types of flow problems.
