MIKE 21 PMS offshore boundary

Hi everyone,

I am trying to prepare a dfs0 data file for the MIKE 21 PMS offshore boundary. In the reference manual for MIKE 21 PMS, the instructions show that the data file should contain water parameters(root mean square wave height, peak wave period, mean wave direction). I set the corresponding types to be wave height, wave period and mean wave direction, however, strangely, MIKE 21 PMS only accept a combination of wave energy, wave frequency and mean wave direction types (different from what the reference manual told us). As I only have data for the former three types(root mean square wave height, peak wave period, mean wave direction), how can I calculate wave energy, wave frequency? Thanks in advance.
