Is it possible to export a movie where the model domain is rotating? - So one can see that it is indeed a 3d model? I tried to export as a avi file but it is just a video with a still picture.
Thank you in advance!

As I understand it the process you describe will only give me particles in the 3D or 2d view. I do get the particles, and I can visualize them both in 2d (slice view) and 3d. I just want to make a cross section through the geological layers by using the tool "Draw a Surface (2d) line". I can view the hydraulic, conductivity, pressure ect. in cross sections by the aforementioned tool but not with stream lines.

Dear Everyone,
I have a 3d groundwater model and I have used forward particle tracing from a point. And in the 3d view I can see that the particles also move downward. To visualize this better I would like to plot a cross section of the streamlines to see the movement through the geological layers. Right know I can only view the downward movement of the particles through the mesh.
Thank you in advance!

It worked perfectly. Thank you!

Thank you for the answer! Is there a way in Feflow to plot both the pressure and hydraulic head?
Best regards,

Dear everyone
Is it possible to simulate unsaturated zones if you use the Standard (Saturated) groundwater flow equation? My set-up is phreatic--> Confined --> Dependent. Even if I use “free” for the top slice, I still have hydraulic head in the top slice.
Furthermore, if I view the hydraulic head in a cross-section I see a potential line going from the top to the bottom, but the top consist of dry cells, so the potential line should first start after the dry cells (i.e. second layer). Is there any way to correct this?
I hope I explained my issues clearly, I appreciate any kind of help.
Best regards.

That is unfortunate. But thank you for the reply :)

Dear Everyone,
Is it possible to alter the grid after mesh generation in order to obtain a coarser grid in a 3d model? I used ”triangular” as a finite element mesh generator.
Thank you in advance!

Thank you for the explanation!

Dear everyone,
Is it possible in Feflow to set-up an EPM model? If yes, where/how can I assign parameters for fractures and matrix?
Thank you in advance
