Question
How do I sign in to my OneLogin powered by MIKE Cloud User Profile for the first time?

Answer
If you already have a OneLogin registration to our MIKE Cloud services (check here if you do not) you can successfully sign in to DHI web services such as DHI Customer Care PortalDHI Training PortalBathymetrics Data Portal and DHI MetOcean Data Portal.

For security reasons we require a two-step verification process with Microsoft Multifactor Authentication (MFA).

What is Multifactor Authentication (MFA)?
MFA requires authentication methods to verify your identity during sign-in. Approve sign-ins from a mobile app using push notifications or one-time passcodes. Make sure you have:

  • your password
  • trusted device (like your phone)

Follow the steps below.

Step #01 - Go to "Sign in" on any of our DHI services - see Fig. 1.

Fig. 1 - "Sign in", always found in the top right corner.

Step #02 - A window pops up and the option to "SIGN IN" or "REGISTER" appears.  Select "SIGN IN" - see Fig. 2.

Step #03 - Insert your email address to sign in to your user profile - see Fig. 3.

Step #04 - IMPORTANT ! You have 2 options depending on your email address. If you already have a Microsoft Account, proceed to Step #06. If you do not have a Microsoft Account, continue to Step #05.

Users with a Microsoft Account (MFA) will only require authentication with the Multifactor Authentication, go directly to Step #06.
Users with non-Microsoft accounts (such as Gmail users) will require authentication via verification code sent to the email and the MFA, proceed to Step #05.

Step #05 - If you do not have a Microsoft account on the Microsoft service ENTRA ID, you will receive an email with a verification code right into your mailbox. You will need to use the code to authenticate your user profile - see Fig. 4.

Fig. 4 - Your company DOES NOT use Microsoft cloud services and you do not have a Microsoft account. You will receive an email with a onetime verification code needed for your login. Insert the verification code found in the email you receive and proceed to Step #10.

Step #06 - You will be prompted to authenticate yourself via Multifactor Authentication (MFA) method. Follow the steps below. If you do not have the MFA app installed on your trusted mobile, proceed to download it - see Fig. 5.
