Questions
Do you need a single profile view for presenting mesh and riverbed elevations? Are you interested in combining - at the same cross-section plot 1D (river) and 2D (floodplain) - results from a MIKE+ coupled Rivers and 2D overland simulation?

Answers
Yes? Join Mathieu Hellegouarch, our MIKE+ product owner, as he introduces two tools:

1. The 2D cross section plot tool (accessed from the 2D overland menu/ribbon that reads 2D mesh and 1D riverbed elevations)

2. The cross section plot tool (accessed from the Results menu/ribbon that reads results from the 1D river and 2D overland models)

Mathieu presents, step-by-step,  in the video below, various tips and tricks while applying the 2 tools, within the same GUI and not having to rely on 3rd party software such as MIKE View or MIKE Zero presentation tools.
Such cross section plots may be added as static topography elevation figures in your reports or you may export profiles of dynamic water level results to video animations and subsequently show in your presentations.

Enjoy and learn!
