Why is my dongle number not recognised in DHI License Manager?
Answer
This could be due to several reasons. Therefore, please check the following:
# 01 - Make sure that the hardware dongle is correctly plugged into the computer/server. Switch to another port to check if it is recognised there.
# 02 - Is the DHI License Manager installed and updated to latest version? If not, you can download it from the DHI Download Center.
# 03 - Is your dongle driver updated to the latest version? To download the latest dongle driver, please click Sentinel System Driver 7.6.1 for Windows
# 04 - Is there any firewall blocking the port? Check with your company’s IT department to find out.
# 05 - Your hardware dongle may be damaged or broken. Please contact Customer Care at mike@dhigroup.com
