Hi,

I launched Parameter Estimation, clicked on "New", and selected a .fem file from the tutorial folder, and tried to open it. And then a popup window said "not licensed". Do I need a separate license for FePest?

Thanks,

Quinn

Dear Quinn,

FePEST license is included together with the FEFLOW 6.2 license. Which FePEST version do you have? Are you sure that license was correctly applied in NetLM?

Cheers,

Carlos

Hi Carlos,

I just downloaded FePEST from online, which is version 6.2.2.987. In terms of license, I can use FEFLOW, and I think I should be able to use FePEST, right?

Thanks,

Quinn

Dear Quinn,

I reproduced your problem "Not licensed". The explanation is that you occupied all available FEFLOW license seats.
Keep in mind that: # FEFLOW opened instances + # FePEST opened instances should be equal or less than your available seats.

Let me know if you have further questions,

Carlos

Dear Carlos, dear all,
I tried to use the FEPEST for the sensitivity analysis (SENSAN). I already used the FEPEST for the calibration, ..., so I'm aware that because we have just 1 seat license I need to run FEFLOW and FEPEST separatly. But when I try to run the Recalculation in SENSAN, I get the message
"License server not responding! Retrying to open FEM in 10 seconds."
Any idea for the solutuion for this problem.
Thank you and best regards
Sandi

The License Server should respond. Could you please contact the FEFLOW Support? Thank you in advance.
