Hi All,

I'm trying to couple MIKE SHE with MIKE 11 HD. MIKE SHE runs successfully without coupling it with MIKE 11 but when I link it with MIKE 11 and click on PP button, I got this error message: "Cannot initialize MIKE 11". Any ideas about this error message?

Hello All,

I have built-up and run MIKE SHE model for my case study. Since I don't have river data (cross-sections, profiles, ...), I haven't coupled the model with Mike 11. Somebody can share me his/her experience on how accurate the results of MIKE SHE without coupling with Mike 11?

Also, I want to calibrate the model with total observed streamflow at different locations but I don't see the option to store the simulated total streamflow outputs of MIKE SHE. I guess, I need to sum up the overland flow, UZ flow and SZ flow. If so which overland/SZ flow (x-, y-, or z-direction) should I use? Could you please advice me on this issue?

Thank you so much for sending me very helpful information. I looked at the link on how to use DHI SDk for reading and writing DHI files (dfs). I indeed want to get time varying grid values (monthly average) and convert them to dfs0 to add as time dimension. But in the SDK examples I don't see any functions that convert dfs2 (grid) to dfs0. Do I need to write codes for this in SharpDevelop? I'm also new for c/c# programming. Could you please help out on this issue?

Is there any automatic tool that converts ESRI GRID data to dfs0 time series? Also, can someone help me out how to assign the item numbers to the grid values?
