Re: Modelling the (inhibitory) effect of salt on activated sludge processes
A simple method, reported in unpublished Israeli work, is to have an inhibition function I(C) = max(0, 1 - a C).
Some published work suggests that you can ignore inhibition, unless you propose to model adaptation to salinity:

Is there a file format specification for TRF files?
I'm trying to automate extracting water quality data for coupling MIKE Urban with a sewage works model. -
How do I read TRF files?
I am trying to read a TRF file. The Matlab toolbox web page says that this tool can read these files, but there is no example given, and I cannot work out what kind of dfs file (if any) I should use to access a TRF. Anyone able to help?
