Go to installation folder under Program Files. In my case it is in directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\DHI\2014\bin\x64". Find the file "Mike11.ini". Open it with notepad and find the line "WL_EXCEEDANCE_FACTOR=4"
You can change the default value (which is 4) to lets say 40. Save "Mike11.ini" file and run your simulation again.

This is most probably caused by using Non-English characters in the file names. Check and try again.

Dear all,

I am using MIKE 21 FM for modelling flood in URBAN areas. I know that buildings should be excluded when generating mesh.
However, I try to define walls that have elevation values that should not be excluded in calculation and I want it behave as overflow structure. How to do it in mesh generator?
