I have tried to install Feflow on my new laptop after downloading Exceed 2006, the license manager and Feflow itself. Once everything set up, I can not actually open Feflow as an error occurs in relation with Exceed 2006. Do any of you have experimented any compatibility problem between Windows Vista and Exceed before ? Wasy downloading menu suggests that the downloadable version of Exceed 2006 is compatible but Exceed owner company is not that clear about the 2006 version and Windows Vista (as they have a version 2008 now anyway).
Thanks to give me some feed back about this as it may just be a problem of local (security) setting on my laptop.

I think you should rename your folder "C:\Programme\WASY\FEFLOW 5.2\"
to C:\Programme\WASY\FEFLOW_5.2\ and have another go.
The error message suggests that the command name should not contain any space " ".
Good luck

???
Dear Feflowers,
I am trying to model a serie of rivers/quebradas by using the Transfer (3rd type) boundary condition in Feflow. I am not too sure about the values to apply for the transfer coefficient (which I think corresponds to what is called the stream conductance in MODFLOW world).
I suspect the value of this parameter depends on outcrop/riverbed geology and alluvium/sediments thickness which may decrease the connectivity between aquifer/river.
Would anyone have an example of values applied from past experiences for the transfer rate (IN/OUT) ?
For info, the rivers of my site lay on both sedimentary and igneous rocks.
All suggestions welcomed ... thanks.

Hi everyone,
I am a new Feflow user and I am struggling to make my model run. When running the simulator (with BICGSTABP default solver), I get a serie of "Feflow Alert Messages" which warn me about "Non Positive Determinant in Element XXX". However when I check the mesh and these elements, there is nothing I can find looking actually wrong (node thicknesses and elevations apparently ok).
Would anyone have any suggestion to guide me and solve this issue ?
Thanks.
