Why do I get an error message in DHI License Manager while trying to release a network server? The error message can be seen in Fig. 1.

Answer
It is most likely that the server release process was interrupted, resulting in the release not being fully registered. You can verify this by checking whether all information is still correctly registered in the portal, such as the machine identifier, server ID, and entitlement ID.
See below example in Fig. 2 where the ‘Entitlement ID’ is missing.
