Question
I created the String in the DHI Entitlement Portal, but when I tried to paste the string into the DHI License Manager I got an error message after clicking the ‘Finish Import’ button, see figure 1. How shall I continue?

Answer
It is most likely that there was an inconsistency between the computer ID and the information stored on the internet server. The network server was locked in the Portal to the computer, but it did not synchronize properly with the DHI License Manager. As a result, the entitlement became inactive, leaving the user unable to proceed in either direction.
