How do I get access to Cloud Execution?
Answer
Cloud Execution is a new feature allowing desktop product customers to run models in the Cloud environment. Instead of setting up your own Cloud environment, you can access this function by purchasing credits through your MIKE desktop product.
To obtain access to Cloud Execution, a Customer can purchase credits separately as ‘Credit Bundles’ or select subscription packages with ‘allocated Credits’, which are a number of credits allocated free of charge. Please check our homepage for the ‘allocated Credits’ in the selected subscription packages here MIKE Powered by DHI - Affordable Subscription Packages.
Credits are valid for 12 months after the purchase or the allocation date. Credits are shared within the same organization for the time being.
Once the end user has been granted access, an invitation E-mail will be sent from Microsoft. Please trust the content and follow the onscreen onboarding instructions.
