QUESTION / ERROR
FEFLOW displays an error message when connecting to the license server saying "No connect info for relay server” - see Fig 1. Why does this happen?

SOLUTION
Please note that FEFLOW 8.x as well as FEFLOW 10.0 is fully supported only by Windows 10 and Windows 11 in 64 bit versions as by Ubuntu Linux systems from 20 LTS onwards. If you are using older versions of operating systems, you may consider migrating your FEFLOW installation to another machine with a supported operating system. The supported operating system means the installation is fully tested and verified. The requirements for MIKE software mentioned in the Release Notes imply that the software development made use of the most recent technology and that it was tested exclusively on those systems.
