ERROR in help FEFLOW 5.3

Hello ;
when opening the help of FEFLOW 5.3 , an open error comes:
c:\program files\WASY\FEFLOW 5.3\simulator\pic\halt_view\halt_view_plot2.gif: no such file or directory

I note that I have never get this problem !!!
Can someone help me !!!please!

Looks like some files are missing in your installation that are needed by the help. Have you checked manually in the directory if the halt view plot gif is there? If not do a search for it. Then just move it to the correct folder (as given by the file path in the error message).
