Hello,

I have never used FEFLOW, but I would like to know if it is possible to compute quantities of fluid masses entering or exiting some specified nodes (i.e. through an internal boundary with Dirichlet condition).

Thanks for your help !

Yes, this is possible both during the simulation by creating arbitrary 'Observation point groups', i.e., groups of nodes where the boundary flow is caculated, and in a postprocessing step using the 'Budget Analyzer'.

Thanks for your answer!
Where can I find some information about the method of this computation? Is there any documentation/articles about the implementation of this in the code?

hello,
I am using Feflow to simulate the exchange between River and the groundwater in 3D ,but I have many problems:

-I don't have information about the thikness of the colmation layer,
- How can I take into account the geometry of the river in my mesh
- the river cross many slices , how feflow  compute the flux then?
Is there any documentation/articles that may help me !!!
Thank you a lot.
