Hi,
Does Feflow allow taking into account an unsaturated zone by more than 20 m of thickness?

Yes, there's no limitation on the thickness of the unsaturated zone. Please note, however, that according to the material properties (parametric relationships) you might need a fine discretization of the unsaturated zone.
