Hello everyone,

I have learned to do 1D linear interpolation for boundary condition in FEFLOW 2D.

For the 3D model, is there any way I can interpolate the boundary condition to all nodes on a surface from several points in a sloping ground?

Thank you so much!

Best wishes,
James

Hi James,

The 3D interpolation is enabled in the "Link To Parameter” dialog for an appropriate input 3D map, once you are in the editor and you can select: Topology processing ---> handle 3D geometries

Currently, it only works for nodal data such as Head, elevation....

Best,
Jintao

Thanks Jintao! The solution works!

However, as we discussed via email, this cannot be implemented for time series interpolation.

I am just writing this with the hope that other user can benefit from our discussion.

Cheers,
James
