3D options-->Save

hello,
I am using Feflow 5.3
In order to save a 3D object in a *.shp format, I must use the tool save in 3D options....
Unfortunately, this tool is not active and I don't know why?
Can someone help me!!!

you have to visualize first the 3d body model, then you click again on 3D option then you can save in .shp for your 3D model or capture the body model. Try it.

Thank you....it is OK for activating the save button, but unfortunately  I don't have the possibility to save in shp formats!!

When I customise or create new formats:

1. I have an error box: database error.........xxxxxx_lines.shp :no such file or directory
2. in driver I can choose ESRI shape File format , but it wasn't the case for the Format
3. ignorant all these pbs, the shp that I have doesn't give anything
