data output of each time step to *.dac file
data output of each time step to *.dac file

I have a problem saving the complete data of my computation results to a *.dac file. Like written in the online help for the control output menu I activate the small toggle on the left of the 'Record complete data' option. Then I click to open the file selector and specifiy my filename and click the save button. In the optional field 'Number of time steps between output' I don't change the default ('1'). When I click the Okay button the menu is closed but no *.dac file is created in the specified folder. Only when I click on the 'Data Rescuer' a *.dac file is created. But this *dac. file contains only the results of the last time step even though 43.4 steps (for example) where calculated.
How can I save the complete processed data of all computed time steps?
Thanks

The dac file is created during the simulation. So you have to set the 'dac' option BEFORE you start the simulation. After finishing the simulation, you can only save the result of the last time step using the 'Data Rescuer'.
