flood event-unsaturated zone

Hello,

I want to analyse the water table fluctuations during a flood event,
I have 3 cases , for each case I assign  different material properties of the unsaturated zone (Sr, Ss, A and n)
The objectice is to see what is the influence of the material properties on the quantities of the infiltrated water?
My question is: when comparing the budget analyser at the final time of the simulation , the fluxes of the three cases don't vary  :o
Is that normal?

Possible explanations:  ill posed model (grid or time stepping too large, odd shaped elements, etc), infiltration through fully saturated elements so relative K and saturation curves are not used much.
