Robin Goodman

I am interested in using the ifm lake plugin however I am having difficulty using it. Is there an example provided for this plugin like the LAK package for modflow? It says there is one provided in the pdf included with the download but all I see is a the dll file and txt file. If not is anyone aware of some documentation I have had specific problems with the water level to volume function. Maybe I am calculating it wrong but I get an error saying I have already exceeded the volume.
