Hello!

I am trying to simulate a 3D seawater intrusion model. I defined boundary condition of constant mass in the coastline border and I transformed the hydraulc head of seawater to equivalent fresh water hydraulic head. I also used free and movable opion for the first slice.
After simulation for 10 years, high concentrations of Cl occur in a distance of some km from the coastline. My problem is that concentrations are not increase with the depth. No saltwater wedge is oserved.
Does anyone has any suggestion???
I would also like to ask, how could I visualize the wedge???

I am building a 3D model, and I use well bore conditions. If I want to define minimum height constraint, have I to define one value of minimum hight at all slices or a different one at each slice ??

I am trying to simulate a seawater intrusion problem.
At the coastline nodes, I transformed the saltwater hydraulic head to the equivalent freshwater hydraulic head. I used the sea concentration in Cl to calculate the density ratio, and I used the intended equation.

In my region, few kilometers away from the coastline,  exist some wells with high concentration of Cl. Those concentration are inported to my model as initial mass conditions. I want to transform again their saltwater hydraulic head to the equivalent freshwater hydraulic head, to define initial coditions.  Each one of this wells has different concentration of Cl.

Also, after the simulation results, I want to transform again the equivalent freshwater hydraulic head, to saltwater hydraulic head , because I want to compare the results with my data.

Have I to use the same equation as in boundaries condition? Have I to use the same value of density ratio in that equation?

Hello,
after the simulation of my problem, I use postprocessor for visualizing the particle tracking.
Although in simulation menu, when I choose view results -  particle tracking, everything are o.k. , when i choose view results -  particle tracking in the postprocessor menu, I have no results.
Could anyone help me with this???

I am trying to create a superelement mesh. I want to input add-lines. Is there any problem if the add lines intersect? Also, I am trying to add points from map but there is not "active " choise to select the map. There is only a selected "inactive" checkbox.

I interchanged a parallel Dongle with a USB one. In istallation process I  used the Xvision License key that was used at the parallel dongle installation.
The error message is the one that you wrote, but I can't find any difference between the information on the license sheet and the information I entered in the dialog.

I' m trying to install feflow 5.2 (with a USB dongle). The setup process "goes smoothly" and the Dongle is recognized by the license administration tool but when I fill out the license details (provided by the company) it fails.
They haven't given me a license for xvision. Maybe this is the problem.
If anyone could help me, I would appreciate it
