I´m doing a model of a BHE from my undergraduate thesis, is a 30 Bhe´s of 19 m in length, connected in series and parallel. My question is in relation a Time-step length of a model. I need simulate one week , one month , three months , six months and one year. But if i try with a time-step length 0.001 d, the simulation takes more than 10 hours and has not reached even 1 day simulation. The same cases if a try with a 0.01 d and with a 0.1 d.

Which is the best option to simulate these models ??
