We have a basin with some mine galleries. We refine the mesh in the area of the galleries for get a node surrounded by two nodes. When we tried to make the 3D model we get the error: "bad allocation". What does this means?

Hi. I`m a pDh student and I'm doing a geothermal model with FEFLOW. I have to enter a mining galleries that I have made ??in autocad. When I try to generate the mesh I get the error: Out of memory!
may be due to this and how I can rectify it?
