Error: A worse Distribution occurs! Difference between Max & Min ..to 0.000

I am modeling a large area=6.0695E+9 (m2). When I am importing initial Hydraulic heads from a .trp file: , Feflow pops up with following Error:
A Worse distribution occurs!
Difference between maximun and minimum crossponds to 0.000000e+00.
Impossible to draw.
