To select/highlight certain elements, right click the graphical view, choose "Select area". Then by repeatedly left clicking the mouse in the graphical view, you select a polygon. By double clicking, the polygon selection ends, and all elements having centre within the polygon will be selected/highlighted. To remove selection/highlighting, right click and choose "clear selection" from the context menu. This is Mike zero manual handling data manager files like Dfsu, mesh and Dfs2. My Question here is can i select the mesh nodes instead of selecting the cell center?, why? because the final output within mesh nodes selection is much smoother than selecting the cell centers.
