Hi,
Im currently trying to input measurements from actual watersamples from outlets to a stream. I have made hydrograhs generated in Mike Urban ".dfso file" to represent the outlet values. They have been used as input to Mike Hydro as a discharge point source under standard boundaries. I have also enabled "Water quality definitions" where I am using the standard template "Mike 11 WQ Level 3" using the state variables (DO, TEMP, AMMONIA, NITRATE, BOD), which are all measured.

My HD model is working for the stream however im not sure how to proceed to get the correct output from the processes from ECO Lab such as BOD affecting DO over time?! Any help is much appreciated :)
