Mike view does not open results from mike 11 2014?

Hy,
We have at our University a network license for feflow and mike 21 2014. I've installed both of these network licenses on a license server. Feflow is working but mike does not. On the server side test service gives the ok message. When I try to connect a client the license administration test service replies that the license server is not compatible with my version of Mike software.
What could be the problem?

I am trying to connect Mike's license manager at work from home using VPN. I cannot find any reference if this is possible.
Does anyone know is this connection is possible?
