How to get started with MIKE Mine?
Answer
MIKE Mine is a Model-based information system for the mining industry. It enables users to access and interact with their modelled and measured water data via a Cloud-based web platform. MIKE Mine is sold as both subscription and perpetual licenses. The subscription license is an annual license, hosted on DHI's Azure Cloud environment. The perpetual license can be hosted on the client's own Cloud environment (e.g., Client's own Azure).
As a new user, you will receive an E-mail invitation from Microsoft to join the MIKE Cloud platform first.
Follow the below step-by-step onboarding process:
#01 - Activating your Cloud platform
As a Cloud-based product no installation is required.
You just need to activate the link sent by Microsoft. Please trust the invitation by following the screen instruction. Multi- Authentication is required.
If you are already a user on MIKE Cloud, you can access the product app directly from this link: MIKE Cloud Admin (mike-cloud.com).
#02 - Logging into MIKE Mine interface - Figs. 1-2.
Once you have registered on the MIKE Cloud platform, you can access the MIKE Mine interface directly or clicking on the icon from the MIKE Cloud platform

Then choose 'OpenID' and follow your personal login (Authenticator App maybe required).

#03 - Pick your site context - Fig. 3.
A New Window will open to allow you 'Pick your site context'. Choose the tenant with your company name or a tenant that you want to enter. If you are the company administrator, please create a new tenant.

#04 - Choose the workplace of your project site then start working on one of the MIKE Mine applications - Figs. 4-5.
The available applications may look different depending on your purchase.
