I get an error when trying to download MIKE software or to activate the user on your download homepage - see Fig. 1. Why?

Answer
You are always required to register or login as a user when trying to download MIKE software. Your error may indicate that you have exceeded the max number of days to activate your account. To solve this, please register again by going to the official MIKE software download page and perform the following:
#01 - Choose the product which you would like to download.
#02 - Select your nearest downloading center
#03 - Select the option “REGISTER’’ then fill in the requested fields. You can also register directly from here.
#04 - Download again
