Why do I get an error message after entering my username and password? The error message can be seen in Fig. 1.

It is most likely that either the username or password has been entered wrongly. We recommend that you enter both username and password manually instead of ‘copy’ and ‘paste’ from a file or somewhere else. During the ‘copy’ and ‘paste’ process, there might be ‘an extra space’ in front of or after the username, which you do not notice.
Fig. 2 illustrates how ‘an extra space’ is marked and causes an error message to appear.
Always double check that you have entered both precisely.
