Why do I get an error message after entering my username and password? The error message can be seen in Fig. 1.

Answer
It is most likely that either the username or password has been entered wrongly.  We recommend manually entering your username and password instead of copying and pasting them from a file or somewhere else. During the ‘copy’ and ‘paste’ process, there might be ‘an extra space’ in front of or after, which you overlook. Always double-check that you have entered both precisely.
