overland flow error

in chart balance output of water balance, overland storage change is higher that overland-river/mouse.
what parameters i can change to decrease overland storage and increase overland-river/mouse.

I would expect a lower detention storage, and higher Manning's M value would decrease water in overland storage.
What are your current values for these parameters?
