Error in creating a dfs2 from using dfs2+dfs0 -> dfs2

Have a 178 NEXRAD rainfall grids file. Each grid has a  unique 5-digital ID. There is a rainfall time series of 10-year for each grid.

First, created a NEXRAD rainfall code grid in dfs2 format and it looks fine (see the first screen-captured image in the attached pdf file) ; then created a dfs0 file of the 178 rainfall time series. Each time series has a unique 5-digital ID matching those in the rainfall code grid. The dfs0 looks fine (see the second screen-captured image in the attached pdf file) . Finally, used File Converter dfs2+dfs0 to dfs2 in MIKESHE Tool box to create a time varying dfs2 file.

An error occurred in the process of conversion "Item number 44498 at grid cell (0,1) is out of range (1,178)"
Any suggestion to fix this issue is highly appreciated!

You would need to convert the 5-digit IDs to consecutive positive integer values (so 1, 2, 3, .. up to 178) for the grid cells/timeseries, otherwise this error is triggered.
