Can feflow make a model with some mine tunnels(means cavity)

Can anyone help?

I want to simulate flow in a mine to get the water level, but how to build the geologic model with the tunnels?
And how to do with some fractures?

Tunnels can be simulated by seepage boundary conditions, discrete feature elemens or high-conductive zones, depending on the purpose of the model.
Fractures are typically simulated by using discrete feature elements.
