Mike 21/3 Coupled FM Shoreline Morphology - Edge Map

I was trying to create the edge map for Mike 21/3 Coupled FM Shoreline Morphology module, but somehow, the limitation line for the generated edge map was always a vertical line, as shown in the attached snapshot. It would be great if someone could please advise me on how to sovle this issue.
