Need help with error (CFL Violated condition in HD Calculation)

Hello everyone I am trying to run the simulation of HD with ECO lab model but unfortunately although i wrote   2000  time steps in my model the output produced with only one time step. ​​​​​​​Error: CFL Violated condition in HD Calculation 
I don't know what is the problem
