MIKE INFO Error: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation...

Hello guys,

Has anyone encountered this error? Particularly when you launch Mike Info (Version 7.4.0.0). It says "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" and the error keeps popping up whenever you click anywhere within the GIS manager. Any idea what it could be and how to solve it?
I've done a little Googling and found some people have encountered it as an issue with PostgreSQL but not tied specifically to any MIKE products. Help! :'(
