can you explain why my mesh generator cant display xyz data in utm

Hi i need help in this case first of all im already encoding my xyz (UTM 49S) data with UTF-8 and im already set my mesh generator projection to WGS UTM 49S which is same with my XYZ data but went i start to scatter my xyz data it doesnt appears in my mesh generator but if i change the projection of XYZ and Mesh generator to long lat format the XYZ data appears. the problem is i need to use UTM Projection for my works,Thanks
