Hello,

I would like to know method to put transient values for "in/out flow on top/bottom" on feflow 5.3.
As i understand it is not possible on the 6.0.

Regards,

Terry

Hello Terry,

Transient values for material parameters can be set in the classic interface only. You can use 6.0 but need to switch to the classic interface. Here is a video showing the assignment of time varying material: http://www.feflow.info/318.html

Thank you Bastian,

The best answer ever !!

In my case, i have only one transient values area (IN/OUT flow on top/bottom).
On feflow 5.3, I use "Assign" mode "database" to put a "trp" and a "pow "file.
But it seems not working. Maybe the files syntax are wrong...

Pow file syntax:

IN/OUT flow

trp file syntax:

338833 7692977 1
337962 7678601 1
367314 7692705 1
368022 7678873 1
END

I think there is a mistake in the first two lines of pow file. And i'm not sur that "numzone column" for trp file is exact. Then, trp file need information (first two lines) like pow file ???
